Pizza Quesadillas

All the flavours of pizza in a crispy, cheesy quesadilla — ready in under 15 minutes. Kids love making their own with their favourite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or any pizza toppings
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter
  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over half of each tortilla. Sprinkle with mozzarella and add toppings. Fold the tortillas in half.
  2. 2. Heat a little olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook quesadillas one at a time for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy and the cheese is fully melted.
  3. 3. Cut into wedges with a pizza cutter or scissors. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping and fresh basil if desired.
