Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos

Crispy seasoned shrimp cooked in 8 minutes, piled into warm tortillas with crunchy slaw and a creamy lime sauce. The fastest taco night you'll ever have.

Ingredients

  • 300g (10 oz) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro, for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until shrimp are pink and slightly crispy at the edges.
  3. 3. Mix mayonnaise with lime juice to make the quick slaw sauce. Toss with shredded cabbage.
  4. 4. Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 1 minute. Fill with shrimp, slaw, and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
