Air Fryer Pork Chops

Tender, juicy pork chops with a golden herb crust — cooked in under 20 minutes in the air fryer. A classic weeknight dinner that never gets old.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless pork chops (about 2 cm / 3/4 inch thick)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Pat pork chops dry. Brush both sides with olive oil and season generously with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Place pork chops in a single layer in the basket.
  3. 3. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5–7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
  4. 4. Rest for 3 minutes before serving — this keeps them juicy. Pair with mashed potatoes or a simple salad.
