Air Fryer Lemon Dill Salmon

Perfectly flaky salmon fillets with a bright lemon-dill crust, cooked in just 12 minutes. A healthy, restaurant-quality dinner with almost no effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 150g / 5 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix olive oil, garlic, dill, lemon zest, and juice in a small bowl. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then brush the herb mixture generously over the top and sides.
  2. 2. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 2 minutes. Line the basket with parchment or lightly spray with oil.
  3. 3. Place salmon skin-side down in the basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes depending on thickness — the fish should flake easily with a fork and look opaque throughout.
  4. 4. Serve immediately with lemon slices and a side of roasted vegetables or rice.
