Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon Bites

Bite-sized salmon pieces coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze, air fried to perfection in 10 minutes. Serve over rice for an addictive weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets, cut into 2 cm cubes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Sesame seeds and spring onions, for serving
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add salmon cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes if time allows.
  2. 2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Add salmon pieces in a single layer — don't overcrowd.
  3. 3. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 8–10 minutes, shaking once halfway, until caramelised and cooked through.
  4. 4. Serve over steamed rice, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions.
