Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Crispy roasted Brussels sprouts tossed in garlic butter and finished with Parmesan — the air fryer makes them perfectly caramelised in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 400g (14 oz) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes, lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1. Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the outer leaves are crispy and the cut sides are golden brown.
  3. 3. Transfer to a bowl and immediately toss with grated Parmesan. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add a pinch of chili flakes and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
  4. 4. Serve as a side dish or over grains as a light meal.
