Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas

All the flavour of restaurant fajitas in one air fryer basket. Smoky seasoned chicken, charred peppers and onions — ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Flour tortillas, for serving
  • Sour cream and salsa, for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Toss sliced chicken, peppers, and onion with olive oil and all spices in a large bowl. Make sure everything is evenly coated.
  2. 2. Transfer to the air fryer basket in as even a layer as possible. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are slightly charred.
  3. 3. Serve immediately in warm tortillas with sour cream, salsa, and any other toppings you like.
