Greek Chicken Wraps

Juicy grilled chicken with tzatziki, cucumber, tomatoes, and feta wrapped in warm flatbread. A fresh, satisfying Mediterranean dinner in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 flatbreads or large pita
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g (3.5 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
  • Handful of lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken strips with oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. 2. Cook in a hot skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
  3. 3. Warm flatbreads in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
  4. 4. Spread tzatziki generously over each flatbread. Layer with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, chicken, and feta. Roll up and serve immediately.
